Transport Store aims to provide the best all round service to its customers at all times and we guarantee that:

• Stock is available for immediate despatch.  If a book is not in stock it will not be available on our website; sold books are removed from sale immediately.

• Books are described accurately and consistently.  We recognise the importance of our customers' reliance on the descriptions of our books, especially those around condition (see "Book Conditions Explained")

• Your order will be despatched quickly and securely packaged using new materials.  We aim to despatch all orders the next working day after receipt at the latest (see "Delivery").

• We will keep you fully informed about the progress of your order.   You will receive emails to confirm your order and to advise of its dispatch.

• Your questions and issues will be followed-up and you will receive a response as quickly as possible.
