Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel an order please do so by sending an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note there is a very limited amount of time to cancel an order before dispatch. Our customer commitment is to provide the highest level of service by dispatching orders within the shortest period of time. It will not be possible to cancel an order after despatch has taken place.
Where an order is placed by credit or debit card and subsequently cancelled by the customer, we will have incurred card fees on both the original charge and the refund. These transaction costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund. In exceptional circumstances, where significant work has already been undertaken on the order, we reserve the right to charge an additional administration fee.
Returns and Refunds
Transport Store lists its books as comprehensively and accurately as possible and we are confident you will be fully satisfied with your purchase.
An item can be returned for refund where it is not in accordance with the description we had listed. The item must be returned to us within 10 days and be in the condition and packaging of its original dispatch. It must also match our internal records, photographs and documentation of the original item dispatched.
Due to the nature and low value of stock recorded in Good or Working Copy condition, we regret we are unable to accept returns of these items. Books described under any other condition may be returned subject to the terms in the preceding paragraph.
On receipt and acceptance of returned items, we will provide a full refund. Our shipping charges will not be reimbursed if the item was ordered in error or another reason outside of our control.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can agree the most appropriate procedure.
