Transport Store aims to provide the best all round service to its customers at all times and we guarantee that:

• All stock is available for immediate despatch.  If a book is not in stock it will not be available on our website; sold books are automatically and immediately removed from sale.  In only very exceptional circumstances will we be unable to supply an order;

• Books are described accurately and consistently.  We recognise the importance of our customers' reliance on the descriptions of our books, especially those around condition (see "Book Conditions Explained");

• Your order will be despatched quickly and securely packaged using new materials.  We aim to despatch all orders the next working day after receipt at the latest.  The majority of orders are sent on the same day (see "Delivery");

• We will keep you fully informed about the progress of your order.   You will receive emails to confirm your order and to advise of its dispatch;

• Your questions and issues will be followed-up and you will receive a response as quickly as possible.
