Railway Accident - Report on the Collision that occurred on 6th August 1975 at Weaver Junction in the London Midland Region British Railways
Collision between a Freightliner train hauled by Class 86 86103 and a tank wagon train hauled by Class 40 40189. Damage was extensive to trains and running lines. The Class 40 was subsequently withdrawn. Report with photographs and large foldout diagram.
