Autobiography of Richard Hardy who started work at Doncaster in 1941 and rose to BR Divisional Management at King's Cross and Liverpool between 1964 and 1973. He was shed master at Woodford Halse, Ipswich and Stewarts Lane between 1949 and 1955.
