Don Breckon's Great Western Railway
Landscape format portfolio of paintings accompanied by Breckon's narrative on the subject and occasion. The original edition was published in 1986 as a fine large format work, with a smaller "compressed" edition in 1992.
The Life of Isambard Kingdom Brunel, Civil Engineer 
Biography of Brunel written by one of his sons in 1870. Detailed accounts of work with the GWR including infrastructure and broad gauge, the atmospheric railway, ships and dock design. The work was reprinted with an introduction by L.T.C. Rolt in 1971.
